  • 1 Box Blonde Brownie Mix + Ingredients Called for on box
  • 4 Scoops Strawberry Ice Cream
  • 4 Scoops Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 4 Scoops Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • 1 -2 Cup(s) Whipped Topping
  • Chocolate Sauce Optional


  1. Pre-heat oven to 375

  2. Prepare a spring form pan with cooking spray

  3. Follow directions on brownie mix package and spread into prepared pan

  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Check for doneness. Continue baking for an additional 5 minutes if needed

  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely

  6. Spread 4 scoops of strawberry ice cream over crust and freeze for 20 minutes

  7. Spread 4 scoops of chocolate ice cream over strawberry ice cream and freeze for 20 minutes

  8. Spread 4 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream over chocolate ice cream and freeze for 20 minutes

  9. Spread whipped topping over vanilla ice cream

  10. Return to freezer for at least 3 hours. 

  11. Remove ring from pan. To serve, slice into individual pieces and add chocolate sauce over the top of each slice
