A delicious, rich cheesecake made with a brownie crust and chocolate ganache topping.
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Prepare a 9" spring form pan with cake release.
Prepare brownie mix per instructions on box.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Combine softened cream cheese, whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time and beat on medium for 30 seconds after each egg.
Pour mixture over partially bake brownie layer.
Melt chocolate chips and spoon into cheesecake batter.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Allow cheesecake to cool completely before adding ganache topping.
Bring heavy whipping cream to a simmer in medium sized sauce pan.
Pour cream into large bowl over the chocolate chips.
Whisk until smooth.
Pour ganache over cheesecake.
Melt milk chocolate chips and spoon over the ganache. Use a butter knife to give it a marbled look.
Allow to set for at least at hour.
