A delicious blend of flavors in this hummus makes a tasty appetizer.
Drain Chick Peas and add to sauce pan.
Add 1/2 cup of water to pan.
Simmer on low until the water has been reduced by half.
Remove and discard the skin from garlic cloves. Add cloves to food processor.
Add salt and beans to processor and process with the garlic for 2 minutes.
Scrape sides of processor to get the mixture to the bottom.
Add tahini to the food processor.
Squeeze fresh lemons into cup. Add 1/3 cup of juice to the processor.
Process for 1 minute.
Remove mixture from processor and add to serving bowl.
Using a spoon, create a well in the center of the hummus.
Fill well with olive oil.
Sprinkle paprika over the top.
Store remaining hummus in an air tight container and refrigerate.
