No Fail Chocolate or Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 12 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels (Substitute Peanut Butter Morsels to make Peanut Butter Fudge)
  • 7 oz Marshmallow Creme
  • 5 oz Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup Butter (do not substitute with margarine)
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans (if desired for chocolate fudge)


  1. Line a 9x9 inch dish with foil or parchment paper

  2. Spread a light coating of butter to the foil or paper 

  3. Combine sugar, butter, and milk in a heavy saucepan. 

  4. Heat on medium, stirring constantly, until it comes to a rolling boil. 

  5. Set a timer for 5 minutes and continue heating and stirring until the mixture reaches a temperature of 234. 

  6. Remove from heat and immediately stir in the marshmallow creme.

  7. Add the chocolate or peanut butter morsels to mixture and stir until incorporated. 

  8. Add vanilla extract and stir.

  9. Add chopped pecans to chocolate fudge if desired.

  10. Spread mixture into prepared pans and allow to cool completely before cutting. 

  11. Once cool, cut into small squares and store in an air tight container for up to two weeks.
