Buttered Rum Glazed Pecans are tasty snack item for a holiday treat. They're easy to make, sure to be enjoyed.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread the pecan halves on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 7-8 minutes. Check for browning at 6 minutes.
Combine salt, sugar, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
While the pecans are baking, combine glaze ingredients in a medium sauce pan on medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
Remove pecans from oven and add them to the liquid mixture in sauce pan. Stir to coat the pecans.
Add the pecans to the dry mixture and stir until the mixture coats the pecans.
Place on baking sheet to cool.
Store in an air tight container. Can be stored for up to two weeks.
