  • 1 Table spoon Salt
  • 1 Table spoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Table spoon Paprika
  • 2 Tea spoons Chili Powder
  • 2 Tea spoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tea spoon Red Pepper
  • 2 Lbs Boneless Pork Loin
  • 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
  • 1 Tea spoon Red Pepper
  • 1 Tea spoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tea spoon Salt
  • 2 Tea spoons Brown Sugar


  1. For Rub: Combine first six dry ingredients in small bowl, mix with a fork.

  2. Pre-heat oven to 275

  3. Coat rack with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Place the pork loin on a rack in large roasting pan. Add ¼ cup of water to the roasting pan.

  5. Sprinkle prepared rub onto pork loin, rubbing it into the meat.

  6. Cook for 5 hours until it’s fork tender. The internal temperature should be 185 to 200 degrees.

  7. Increase oven temperature to 450.

    Continue cooking for 30 minutes to brown the pork loin. 

  8. Remove from oven and cover loosely with foil. Allow the loin to rest for 10 minutes. 

  9. Pull the meat apart with a fork. If you want shredded pork, place pieces into a large stand mixing bowl and use paddle attachment to shred. 

  10. For Sauce:  Add vinegar to mixing bowl and add in the last four items from the ingredients list. Stir to blend.   

  11. Once the meat has been pulled or shredded, add bbq sauce to meat and stir with a fork until coated.
