Happy New Year! It feels good to know that we are leaving 2020 behind! While there is still a long way to go before we can all truly get back to normal, I’m hopeful that 2021 will be so much better for everyone.
There were some good things that happened in 2020. We all witnessed so many heroes in the medical field. Scientists were phenomenal, teachers were amazing, parents were awesome, and children were resilient. We saw the very best from some people and we all managed to find ways to adjust to ever changing circumstances.
Here, on the blog, we continued to share our creativity with you all. We’ve seen our readership grow and our email subscriber’s list grow as well. Thank you for that! We appreciate every comment that was left and we are always happy to have you spend some of your time with us. I hope you’ll enjoy our look back over the year at Across the Blvd.
Looking Back over the Crafts & Projects
As we looked back, we found that several of the top posts were dollar store crafts. I love that those are favorites because it’s always fun for me to find ways to change up dollar store items into home decor.
Thrift store find makeovers were popular, too. I love a budget friendly makeover from a thrift store!
It was gratifying to see that the vanity makeover was one of the most popular posts! It was definitely one of the most challenging furniture makeovers that we’ve done.
We also shared some recipes that are favorites of ours. I was happy to see that my family’s recipe for Old Fashioned Southern Banana Pudding was the most visited recipe this year.
