This cocktail is a blend of delicious flavors. Midori is a muskmelon flavored liqueur and Blue Curacao has hints of citrus flavor. The lemon lime soda that is added enhances those flavors.
St. Patrick’s Day Rum Cocktail
It’s always fun to have a cocktail that goes with the theme of a party. The bright green from the Midori makes this a perfect drink to serve at your St. Patrick’s Day festivities.
If you are like me and prefer your cocktails to be sweet, you’ll enjoy this one by following our recipe. If you’d rather not have it quite as sweet, try lessening the amount or omitting the simple syrup.
Ingredients Needed for St. Patrick’s Day Cocktail
- Blue Curacao
- White Rum
- Simple Syrup
- Pineapple Juice
- Triple Sec

St. Patrick’s Day Midori and Rum Cocktail
A delicious blend of liqueurs and mixers that is perfect for a St. Patrick's Day celebration
- 1 Shot Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1 Shot Blue Curacao
- 2 Shots Rum
- 2 Shots Pineapple Juice
- 1 Shot Simple Syrup
- 1 Shot Triple Sec
- 3 Shots Lemon Lime Soda
Combine all ingredients except the soda into a cocktail shaker.
Add a small amount of ice to shaker.
Shake for approximately 30 seconds.
Add more ice to cocktail glass.
Pour mixture over ice.
Top with lemon lime soda.
Use a straw or drink stirrer to gently stir.
