Putting together seasonal tablescapes is one of my favorite ways to decorate. This simple fall tablescape for our breakfast nook combines blue, coral, and neutral colors for a cheery fall spot.

I like to use some non traditional fall colors for our casual table setting. This year I’m loving blue, coral, and neutral colors for our fall decor.
For any table setting, layering can give you a one of a kind look. This pumpkin chargers are ones I’ve had for a few years. They are a little busy, but since most of the charger will be covered by a plate, that’s okay.
These plates go well with the other blue items I’m using on the table. Since this is a casual table setting, I don’t mind using plastic plates. I bought these at Walmart for .50 a piece.
To dress up each place setting a little, I added glass salad plates for the next layer. These small plates have a blue tint to them and that shows well on top of the blue plates. I’ve had these for years. It’s always great to use what I already have on hand for tablescapes, helping to keep the decor budget friendly.
Each place setting is topped with a small neutral pumpkin. These are from Jo-Ann Fabrics & Crafts.
The blue glasses are Dollar Tree items that I’ve had for a while. Dollar Tree often has pretty, colorful glasses and I’ve found they are very durable.
The napkins are coral and white. I like that the simple pattern goes well with the other casual items on the table. These are from World Market.
Using non traditional colors for fall opens up lots of color combinations and lets you put your creativity to work!
I have an assortment of blue mason jars, some of them are vintage, some are new. They all make great vases. These are filled with floral picks and stems that I bought at Jo-Ann Fabrics & Crafts.
If you have some clear glass jars and you want the teal color, try using Sea Glass Spray Paint. I used it to change the look of some Coffee Bottles for a Spring Tablescape.
The neutral wood pumpkin is one from my fall decor bin that I’ve had for years. I changed out the ribbon that was on it and replaced it with ribbon that matches the napkins.
