Creating an Americana Red White and Blue tablescape is the perfect way to add some patriotic decor to your home for the summer. I like to change up the decor on our breakfast nook table about once a month. I set goals of creating fun tablescapes that are done with zero new dollars spent or at least keeping it to a very small budget. Shopping my own home is a great way to do this!

When I sorted through my bin of patriotic decor, I found this wide burlap ribbon with stars. It’s used here as a simple table runner. The burlap chargers are ones that I use frequently. I’ve had this set of deep red dishes for probably 15 years.
I shared my new look patriotic napkin rings last week. I re-worked an old set of napkin rings to give them an Americana look for this year.
The faded blue napkins combined with the dishes and napkin rings gave the table the look I was going for.
If you’ve seen other tablescapes I’ve put together, then you know I always like to put together some easy and fun coasters. These could not be any easier to make. I used more of the cork coasters I purchased at Goodwill. I thought about painting them, but since I had a partially used roll of patriotic decorative tape in my craft stash, I decided to simply add the tape to the coasters.
I love using pitchers for centerpieces on this table. This cream colored one is just right for holding red, white, and blue faux flowers from my floral stash. I added in some mini flags and decided to use some of the lawn flags that I made to top off the arrangement.
My copper flatware goes well with the Americana look. The gold rimmed wine glasses are ones that I’ve had for a number of years. I added a couple of patriotic signs that I purchased a few years ago on either side of the centerpiece for a balanced look.
Using items that you have on hand and crafting some new items is a great way to keep seasonal tablescapes budget friendly. Mixing and matching pieces that work for the design you’ve chosen is a fun way to get the look for less!
