Lime Cheesecake

I’m all about finding shortcuts in the kitchen especially when a mix gives me great results. For this, I even used a ready made crust and saved the graham cracker crust mix to use later.

Follow the directions on the no bake cheesecake mix and then add one package of lime jello mix and stir to incorporate it into the mixture.

Spoon the mixture into a graham cracker pie crust, using the mixture that came with the cheesecake mix or into a ready made crust and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Add a border of creamed whip topping and you’re all set.
