Make a cute Mason Jar Easter Craft in under ten minutes with items you probably have on hand. Use Easter grass, eggs, and ribbon for this easy budget friendly craft.
These are so easy to put together that you might want to make a set of them to use as mantel decor, as a centerpiece, or for coffee table decor.

When I say these are easy, I’m not kidding! Filling a jar with Easter grass and eggs and then adding some decorative finishing touches to the jar couldn’t be easier!
Easter Mason Jar

To make these, you’ll need an empty mason jar, some paper Easter grass, eggs, ribbon, hot glue, and a decorative topper for the jar.

Fill the jar with an assortment of colored Easter grass or use just one color if that fits in better with your Easter decor.

Add in some Easter eggs in various sizes and colors. Work some of them down into the grass and let some stay near the top.

To cover the lid of the jar, I found a chip wood disc in my craft stash and painted it pastel pink with chalk paint. You could also paint the lid instead of adding the disc. Fabric could also be cut to size and glued on.

Looking through my Easter craft stash I found a small bunny that had a clip on the back. I removed the clip and glued the bunny to the top of the jar.

Add a piece of ribbon for trim around the lid. I added to small dots of hot glue to keep it in place. I used pieces of multicolored yarn to make a simple bow that’s hot glued to the ribbon.

Making this Mason Jar Easter Craft with items I had on hand means it was a very budget friendly craft!

You can find supplies for this at most dollar stores if you don’t have them on hand.

I’ll be using this on my wine rack in our breakfast nook along with other colorful Easter crafts I’ve made for that space like this DIY Easter Centerpiece and these Thread Spool Easter Bunnies.
I’m looking forward to putting out my Easter decor this week and sharing if with you all. I hope you’ll stop back by to have a look.
