We mentioned that we would be sharing more of Gloria’s delicious cocktail recipes over the summer. Today, she’s sharing her peach cocktail that will please anyone who loves frozen drinks. We often try to come up with names for her cocktails. This one has been dubbed, “Just Peachy!”
Ingredients
1 Bottle of White Peach Daiquiri/Margarita Master of Mixes
5 Cups Frozen Peaches
4 to 5 cups of Ice Cubes
5 Shots Vodka
5 Shots Rum
2 Shots Peach Seltzer
Whipped Cream
Yield: 7 cups
Place ice and peaches in blender. A Ninja is perfect for making frozen cocktails. Blend on high until ice and peaches are well blended and slushy.
Add shots of vodka and rum to blender and quickly blend them into the mixture.
Pour mixture into hurricane glasses, leaving an inch or two unfilled. Pour two shots of Peach Seltzer into each glass. Top with a swirl of whipped cream and garnish with a peach slice.

Yummy peaches! Do you have any tips for making a non-alcoholic version? I was wondering if the recipe could be blended as-is without it, or if the liquid would need to be increased.
Beverly says
Thank, Jenny. I think you could substitute any clear soda for the alcohol. I’d probably go with ginger ale. Blend everything else and then top it off with the soda. Stir gently to mix.
