I made a Christmas Frame Craft using a decorative box and adding some embellishments. Since I had part of the box left over, I searched through my stash of thrift store frames and found one that would work for winter decor.
Winter Frame Craft
The frame and the mat were in great condition, so all I needed to do was clean the glass. I measured and cut the decorative box to fit the frame.
I had more of the faux cedar sprigs that I used for the Christmas frame to use for this winter frame.
To give the sprigs an even surface to adhere to, I added a small piece of white felt to the frame. Two of the sprigs are hot glued onto the felt.
Before adding a small pine cone to the frame, I glued a felt circle to its base.
It’s then glued on top of the cedar sprigs.
Putting this together took about 5 minutes and since I used items from my craft stash, it didn’t spend any new money for it.
It can be placed in a holder stand or it can hang on a wall.
