Sometimes, a simple mimosa is just what you need to add to a perfect brunch. Rather than the traditional champagne and orange juice, have you thought of using other juices or fruit drinks? If you prefer non-alcoholic drinks, the recipe can be easily adjusted. These four delicious mimosas for brunch are all two ingredients, making them quick and easy to make, but they all pack a lot of great flavor!

Mimosa recipes can be made with a variety of juices or fruit drinks and using sparkling wine like a sweet Moscato d’asti is a more budget friendly than champagne.
If you prefer your mimosa to be non-alcoholic, substitute the wine with ginger ale. You’ll still get the bubbly look when you pour, but it can be served to all guests.

Four Delicious Mimosas
Make a variety of delicious mimosas for your next brunch.
Ingredients
- 1 Bottle Moscato d’Asti
- 2 to 4 Cups Juice or Fruit Drink Try Peach, Tangerine Lemonade, Pineapple/Orange, or Pineapple Juice
Instructions
-
Using a champagne flute, fill it one-half to two-thirds of the way full with sparkling wine or ginger ale. Top with juice or fruit drink.
-
Garnish with fruit if desired.
-
Adjust ratio of juice to wine as preferred.
For these mimosas, we used Pineapple/Orange Juice, Tangerine Lemonade, Pineapple Juice, and my favorite, Simply Peach.
Add a colored pick to the top of the glass and let your guests know what flavor matches each color. I also added a fun flamingo party pick.
If you’d prefer to let your guest serve themselves, use drink dispensers. I found these at the Dollar Tree and they matched the Flamingo decor I had out for the party. Use some small chalkboard labels to note the flavor.
While I’ve always enjoyed a champagne and orange juice mimosa, using a variety of drink/juice flavors just adds a little more fun to my brunch.
