A fall sign on Canvas Using Cricut is a fun way to bring on the fall decor. Even though it sure doesn’t feel like fall yet, it’s time to get things ready for fall decor. This sign is is a fun piece that I’ll be displaying soon.
How to Make a Fall Sign on Canvas Using Cricut

Using Cricut Design Space, I created a design that I liked with words and phrases that suit us. There are lots of variations for “Every Year I fall for…” I chose things that we enjoy. You might notice there is no mention of pumpkins. While I enjoy pumpkin decor, pumpkin recipes are not on my list of things I love about fall.
I searched for images to go with some of the phrases and inserted a football, fall leaf stem, mug, and pumpkin into design space.
I searched through my craft stash and found an old canvas that Gloria used for a project she started but decided not to finish. I painted it using a combination of white, tan, and peach craft paint. Using the three different colors, I mixed them together to try to give the canvas a look that is similar to wood.
Once I weeded all of the vinyl and placed transfer paper on them, I positioned the words and images on the canvas.
I’l have this in our breakfast nook area once I decorate for fall.
A sign like this can be made using stencils, pre packaged vinyl letters, or even free handed.
