4 oz German’s sweet chocolate (4 squares)
1 12-oz package semisweet chocolate chips
1 lb white almond bark
1 12-oz package dark chocolate chips
Place the peanuts in the bottom of crock pot. Spread evenly.
Add a layer of semi sweet chocolate chips.
Add a layer of vanilla almond bark.
Add a layer of dark chocolate chips.
Place mini cupcake liners on counter top- lots and lots of cupcake liners. This recipe makes about 100 pieces of candy. This is about half of them.
That was the easy part. Now, for the tricky part! You will need to work fast. If you have any kitchen helpers nearby, call them in to lend a hand.
Remove crock pot lid and stir until the mixture is well blended.
Spoon the candy immediately into cupcake liners. I’ve used both regular size ones and mini liners and I prefer the mini ones. I used two teaspoons to scoop and spread the candy into the liners.
Once the candy has cooled, remove from liners and place in a sealed container. This makes a huge amount of candy, but when stored in a sealed container, it lasts for a couple of weeks.
