Putting together a Christmas tablescape is always one of my favorite holiday decorating pleasures. Using a lovely iced pinecone swag as the centerpiece puts the focus on the colors of nature.

I’m happy to share with you how I’m using a lovely iced pinecone swag for our Christmas dining table this year.
Iced Pinecone Centerpiece

This year, I wanted our Christmas dining table decor to highlight the deep greens found in nature. The iced swag is 28″ long, almost 5″ deep, and 11″ wide at its center. It’s perfectly sized for a centerpiece for our table.

We don’t have snowy Christmas days here in Charleston, but that doesn’t mean we can’t bring in some frosted, snowy decor.

The iced pinecones add a little shimmer to the table. Who doesn’t love a little shimmer during the holidays?

I’m using my favorite Christmas china again this year. I’ve paired it with hunter green napkins to bring out the green on the plates and the green in the swag.

Adding candles to any tablescape always makes it feel more formal. I’ve tucked two crystal candle holders with LED candles close to the centerpiece.

I love the copper accent pieces with the natural looking centerpiece. The copper chargers, napkin rings, flatware, and coasters all coordinate well together for our Christmas tablescape.

I’m using more copper accents on the buffet including, tiered trays, a cake stand, and bowls.

Swags are such a versatile decor piece. They look great hanging on oversized mirrors, above doorways, on coffee tables, or as centerpieces for a dining table.
