I shared my Dollar Store Tulip Centerpiece recently to show you how to use inexpensive items to create a fun centerpiece.

St. Patrick’s Day Tablescape for a Casual Table
The shades of green on the scarf that I used for a collar for the centerpiece inspired me to use an assortment of green hues for the St. Patrick’s Day table.

A combination of dark green shamrocks and light green salad plates works for the look I wanted. The shamrocks are cupcake picks that I found on sale at Michaels. The salad plates are heavy plastic ones that I found at Home Goods last spring.

I added a sage green napkin to each place setting. These were purchased at World Market at a great price.

The light green beeswax candles in white candle holders add another shade of green to the tablescape. I bought these a few years ago at a specialty shop in Asheville, NC. I’m going to try my hand at making them myself soon.

Using glass Irish Coffee mugs is always a great addition to a St. Patrick’s Day table setting.

The burlap chargers, marbled coasters, and silver flatware all work well for this seasonal decor.

Supply List for Casual St. Patrick’s Day Table

The picks and the napkins are the only new purchases I made for the table setting. I always love to mix and match tableware that I already have on hand to create seasonal decor. Changing it up each year gives a new look. Last year’s St. Patrick’s Day Tablescape had a completely different look.
