This year for our breakfast nook, I decided to play up the copper accents that I’ve been adding over the last year to this space and to the kitchen. I found bits and pieces at various stores to put together this casual fall tablescape. The colors all work together nicely to give me the look I wanted.
I started with a blank tabletop and I didn’t want to cover it with a large table runner. Instead, I wanted to use this pretty ribbon that I found at JoAnns.
I ran two lengths of the solid ribbon down the table and topped it with the leaf ribbon. The ribbon is tucked underneath the edges of the table and I added a tiny bit of tape out of sight to keep it in place.
I found this copper candle holder at TJ Maxx recently. It fits just right in the copper tray that I use on this table.
These candle pumpkins were too cute to pass up. I found these at Marshall’s. I had the acorns in my fall stash, along with the felt leafs.
The best find came from the dollar spot at Target! These copper leaf napkin rings are perfect for this tablescape. A set of four of them was only $2.00. I’ve had the napkins with the leaf cutouts for several years. They are always great for fall.
I like that I can have an idea in mind of how I want the tablescape to look and then shop for great bargains to get the pieces I need. The leaf wine glasses were purchased several years ago at The Dollar Tree. The pumpkins on either side of the centerpiece also came from the Dollar Tree.
The last couple of years, I put together a coastal look for this area for fall, but it was time for something different this year!
