You can’t go wrong with classic sugar cookies for Christmas. I prefer them to be soft and chewy and this recipe delivers! I also like quick and easy recipes and since there is no kneading or rolling needed for this recipe, they are quick to make.
These truffles only take a little over 30 minutes to make and most of that time is allowing the dough balls to chill. The best part is that they can be refrigerated for a couple of weeks in an air tight container.
Making sweet treats for the holidays that don’t take a lot of time is always a bonus. With all of the baking, candy making, and cooking, it’s great to have a quick and easy recipe for a tasty treat.
